As you know, PTS provides funds for field trips, prizes to encourage higher academics and many other activities. We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Valentine Surprise or other treat that also benefits our school’s activities. We appreciate the cooperation and support you have given us in the past and look forward to your help with our $1.00 Candy Bar Sale. (These bars sell great at work!)
Since your child’s safety is always our number 1 concern, we ask that children do not go door-to-door selling these bars.
We are offering a mixture of Cherrydale Farms Gourmet Bars.
Each case contains: 48 candy bars. All candy sells for $1.00.
Friday Feb 4th KICK-OFF- Information home with students. Return permission slips ASAP.
Wednesday Feb. 9th- Initial Orders- Receive 1 case of 48 candy bars. More than one case will be approved with a note from home asking for an additional case.
Wednesday, Feb. 23rd – SALE ENDS- All money due in for ALL candy.
Sell to friends, family and co-workers. We recommend children be accompanied by an adult during all sales. NO door-to door sales. Make all checks payable to: NVMS PTS.
If you would like to re-order more bars, please send in your RE-ORDER FORM with payment from your first order. We will send re-orders home within 2 days.
Order only candy that you will sell!! Candy bars cannot be returned for credit!
The grade level that sells the most candy bars will receive a free candy bar! (each child)
